Why Train National Missionaries?

They have access to closed, foreign countries where traditional missionaries are not welcome.

They can train other nationals as missionaries more cost-effectively than sending in a foreign mission trainer.

Pray for the planned Training and on-the-spot evaluation visit of the National Director & Training Director to conduct Training for the Missionaries, Indigenous Pastors and Workers to work out as scheduled.

Pray for funds to print or publish the Manual for Follow-up and Discipleship of Oral Learners, which has been translated into Hausa.

Pray for the effective use of these and other Tools (Interface, Hausa Discipleship for Development, and Hausa Live School). Amen.

The Dendi live in the northern part of Benin, as well as in Togo, Nigeria, and Niger.

The Dendi are almost entirely Muslim. Spirit possession, magic, sorcery, ancestor worship and witchcraft remain vital components of the Dendi belief system.

Ask the Lord to raise volunteers/missionaries who will share the love of Christ with the Dendis in Niger and Kebbi states.

Pray for the Dendis to give their love and devotion to the Lord.

Ask the Lord to send teachers to help believers among them become firmly established on the truths of scripture and send pastors to shepherd them. Amen.

Pray that the Ganaganas will encounter Christ as we share the gospel with them.

Pray that the fear the Ganaganas have in declaring for Christ be terminated.

Ask God to open their hearts to accept salvation in Jesus’ name. Pray for the protection of the missionaries serving among them.

Ask God for faithful team members to build a Discipleship for Development (D4D] team in the community. Amen.
